Michael Armstrong, Jr., M.D.. has practiced otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery in Richmond, Virginia since 1995. A Richmond native, Dr. Armstrong is a graduate of Princeton University and Duke University Medical School. He completed his surgical residency and fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital and began private practice in 1995. He is board-certified in  Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery and in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.

William L. Wilkes, M.D. (1941-2022) graduated from the University of Georgia and the Medical College of Georgia before completing an ENT residency and otology fellowship at VCU’s Medical College of Virginia.  He served as the chief of otolaryngology and allergy at Vandenberg Air Force Base before returning to Richmond.  He brings compassion, enthusiasm and more than 45 years of experience to patients at Richmond ENT. He treats a wide range of ear, nose and throat concerns, with a special interest in allergies and ear diseases, including balance, hearing loss, and vertigo.

Becky L. Andrews, RN, MSN, FNP, CORLN has been with Richmond ENT since 2001. A graduate of Southern Adventist University with a master’s degree from the University of Virginia, she is certified by the board of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Nurses, and the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners. A member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, Becky also manages our allergy department. She loves to see children and welcomes patients of all ages.

Amy Meadors, RN, MSN, FNP, CORLN joined Richmond ENT in 2013 and specializes in sinus, allergy, and head and neck concerns for patients of all ages. She is the only practitioner who administers Botox for chronic migraine treatments.

Jonathan Pender, RN, MSN, ACNP specializes in ear, nose and throat disorders and has over 10 years of diverse clinical experience.

Holly Law, Director of Audiology received her Master’s degree in Audiology from James Madison University in 1996. She has been practicing in Richmond since beginning her career. Holly is a licensed Audiologist and Hearing Instrument Specialist. She performs hearing and VNG (Videonystagmography) testing to diagnosis hearing loss and balances disorders. With these tests, Holly can help the physicians pinpoint exactly where you may be experiencing issues and effectively treat you.
