ENT/PHA takes the issue of privacy very seriously. All protected health information is transmitted through our secure, password-protected web portal. Patients may receive periodic Email alerts instructing them to log onto the portal to retrieve test results, financial statements or other important information. We are making a concerted effort to eliminate the need to send protected health information through routine Email channels, as these may be intercepted or read by others.
ENT/PHA members who provide us with an email address may be added to the ENT/PHA email list or certain other private lists. The ENT/PHA email list is only for important patient communications, or news or events related to our practice. You will not receive third-party advertising on this list. ENT/PHA does not sell, distribute, barter, or transfer personally identifiable information or Email addresses obtained from a web visitor user to a third party. You can remove your email address from our files at any time.
