Botox
Botox Cosmetic is most commonly used in the upper face to smooth the frown lines between the eyebrows, the smile lines at the crow’s feet, and the horizontal creases in the forehead. Comprehensive treatment of the upper face can actually elevate the eyebrows – sometimes called a “chemical brow lift.” Skillful placement in the lower face can be used to reshape the mouth, reduce bands in the neck, or shrink overactive muscles.
Injectable Fillers

Skin Care
While Botox and fillers can take care of the larger wrinkles and hollows in the face, concurrent skin care is usually required to improve fine lines and blemishes on the surface. With the exception of the brain, spine and eyes, our doctors are trained in the anatomy and diseases of all of the structures above the shoulders. We commonly evaluate and treat tumors on the face and neck, including skin cancer, as well as facial injuries and broken bones. Reconstruction of congenital deformities of the face, scar revisions, and rehabilitation of facial paralysis are within the training and experience of a facial plastic surgeon.
