Mike Armstrong, M.D. founded Richmond ENT in 2001. A native of Richmond, Dr. Armstrong trained at Johns Hopkins Hospital and has been in practice since 1995. Board-certified in both otolaryngology and in facial plastic surgery, he provides comprehensive treatment of nasal, sinus and allergic disorders, including cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He is a leader in the development of office based surgical treatments for sinusitis, such as Balloon Sinuplasty. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy .
Tony Giordano, M.D., PhD. is a respected otolaryngologist who has practiced in Richmond for more than 30 years. A graduate of Hahnemann Medical College, with a PhD from the University of Rochester, he trained in otolaryngology at the University of Minnesota. Board-certified in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, his special interests include balance and hearing disorders, sleep apnea, sinus and allergy diseases, and surgery of the thyroid and salivary glands.
Alvin Israel Goldstone, M.D. has a passion for working with older patients and has created a well-known geriatric ear, nose and throat practice after working for more than four decades in Richmond, Virginia’s West End. With a patient ear and a calming demeanor, Dr. Goldstone prides himself on providing a comfortable environment for patients of all ages who seek his advice and treatment options for their ear, nose and throat problems. His office is on the ground floor and is easily accessible for patients with disabilities.
William L. Wilkes, M.D. brings compassion, enthusiasm and more than three decades of experience to patients at Richmond ENT. As a board-certified otolaryngologist, he is trained in the medical and surgical treatment of patients with diseases and disorders of the ear, nose and throat (ENT), as well as structures of the neck and face. His many years of experience allows him to provide treatment and advice for a diverse range of ear, nose and throat concerns, especially balance, hearing disorders, ear diseases and allergies. He was one of the first doctors in Richmond to offer allergy management in an ear, nose and throat office – enhancing his ability to get excellent results with his ear, nose and sinus surgeries.
Becky L. Andrews, RN, MSN, FNP. CORLN has been with Richmond ENT since 2001. A graduate of Southern Adventist University with a master’s degree from the University of Virginia, she is certified by the board of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Nurses, and the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners. A member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, Becky also manages our allergy department. She loves to see children and welcomes patients of all ages.
Amy Meadors, RN, MSN, FNP, CORLN joined Richmond ENT in 2013 and specializes in sinus, allergy, and head and neck concerns for patients of all ages. She is the only practitioner who administers Botox for chronic migraine treatments.
Jonathan Pender, RN, MSN, ACNP has rejoined our practice at the Glenside office location on Wednesday specializing in ear, nose and throat disorders and has over 10 years of diverse clinical experience.
Holly Law, Director of Audiology – Stony Point Office received her Master’s degree in Audiology from James Madison University in 1996. She has been practicing in Richmond since beginning her career. Holly is a licensed Audiologist and Hearing Instrument Specialist. She performs hearing and VNG (Videonystagmography) testing to diagnosis hearing loss and balances disorders. With these tests, Holly can help the physicians pinpoint exactly where you may be experiencing issues and effectively treat you.
Susan Ulmer, Director of Audiology – West End Office joined Richmond ENT and Richmond Hearing Aids in October 2016 with Drs. Alvin Goldstone and Bill Wilkes from ENT Specialists of Central Virginia. She has worked with these doctors in Richmond for the past 25 years as a certified clinical audiologist.
Jennifer Williams, Audiology Technician is hearing aid wearer herself and provides an insightful look into the hearing aid world to help patients ease into their new hearing aid lifestyle. She has been an Audiology Technician for the past 6 years performing regular and complex hearing testing alike on adults and children and specializes in Widex brand hearing aids.
