Food Allergies

You should avoid any foods that cause immediate symptoms when eaten, or which test positive on skin pricks. However, most food allergies are caused by staples we eat every day, such as milk, wheat, corn, soy, and eggs. In order to test these foods, you must completely eliminate one food at a time for 5 days, and then eat the food in its simplest form for breakfast the 6th day. If you cannot tell any difference, then that food is not causing your symptoms.
